Self-motivated to work in the research and development sector Suraj Parajuli is a recent Health Care Management (BHCM) graduate with extensive volunteering and research experience. Suraj completed his high school and bachelors with the Samaanta Foundation Fellowship. Valuing the principle of “Paying It Forward” he had been involved in many humanitarian activities along with his college and professional life. His volunteering affiliation includes the Nepal Red Cross Society (NRCS), Youth Connection Center (YCC), Samaanta Foundation, Ek Ek Paila Community Health Center, and Teach For Nepal (TFN). Previously he served as a digital content coordinator at Media 9 Pvt. Ltd, publisher of Business 360 and WOW magazines. He has been also involved in research projects on post-disaster reconstruction, education, and public goods provision in Nepal. Suraj looks after all admin-finance, communication, and research needs at NIRI. Further, Suraj has been also working as a Research Fellow on Cerebral Palsy Project at NIRI.
